I am a holistic pelvic floor PT with 9 years of clinical experience — and a whole lot of fire about the fact that driven professional women keep being sent home with a kegel sheet and zero real answers.
After years working with high-achieving women in practice, I kept watching the same thing happen. Women who had tried everything. Done the kegels. Seen the specialists. Cut the caffeine. And not one person had ever explained the nervous system piece.
The piece that connects their drive, their pace, their full-throttle demanding career — to what their bladder does. That gap — that missing explanation — is what I built this course around.
I work exclusively with driven professional women. Because I understand your life. The boardroom. The back-to-back Zoom calls. The business travel. The performance pressure. And I know that generic pelvic floor advice was never going to work for a body carrying what yours carries. You needed something different. Now you have it.
Almost certainly yes — and here is exactly why. Most pelvic floor therapy addresses the muscle. It counts your squeezes, gives you a home exercise programme, and sends you home. What it almost never addresses is the nervous system driving the muscle. If you have done PT and you are still here, reading this, the nervous system piece is what was missing. That is the only thing this course is about. It is not a repeat of what you have already tried. It is the explanation of why what you tried did not stick.
Because you haven't tried this. Not because you weren't thorough enough — but because the nervous system piece is almost never included in standard pelvic floor advice. The kegels, the cutting caffeine, the in-person PT appointments, those are all addressing the symptom. This course addresses the system driving the symptom. The cortisol. The chronic bracing. The breath you hold under pressure. The trigger at your front door. None of that was in the kegel sheet. It is in here.
Common does not mean normal. Normal does not mean permanent. Being told to accept bladder symptoms as an inevitable part of motherhood is the most expensive advice you have ever been given — in confidence, in presence, and in everything your career costs you when you are not fully there. Postpartum compensation patterns absolutely drive bladder symptoms. So does the nervous system load of managing career and motherhood simultaneously. This course addresses both. It is not too late. Healing does not have an expiry date.
No. And I want to be really clear about this because I know it is the fear underneath everything. Your nervous system it can learn, unlearn, and relearn at any stage of life. Women who have been managing symptoms for three, five, even ten years see real shifts when the nervous system piece is finally addressed. Your body has not given up on you. It has been waiting for the right information. The longer something has been a pattern, the more satisfying it is when that pattern finally changes.
Not a single one. The entire premise of this course is that kegels have not worked for you — and here is the clinical reason why. If your pelvic floor is already carrying chronic tension from a nervous system stuck on high alert {which is extremely common in driven professional women}, adding more contraction makes symptoms worse, not better. You were not doing kegels wrong. You were given the wrong tool for the actual problem. This course gives you the right one.
10 minutes a day. And I mean that literally, not as a marketing claim. Each of the 5 techniques takes under 3 minutes and slots into moments that already exist in your day — sitting at your desk, walking to your car, walking through your front door. You are not adding a new routine. You are inserting specific pattern interrupts into the routine you already have. No extra time required. That is the whole design.
Yes — and Technique 05, the Urgency Redirect, was built specifically for travel scenarios. Flights where the seatbelt sign is on. Long car rides. Client meetings in unfamiliar cities with no routine and no safety net. Every technique in this course is equipment-free, location-independent, and designed for high-output real-world use. They work in airport lounges and hotel rooms as well as they work at your desk. Your bladder does not know you are in a different city. Your nervous system does. These techniques speak directly to that.
That is exactly what the Progress Tracker is for. Most women quit in the week it is already working — because change feels imperceptible until suddenly it is undeniable. The tracker gives you 7 days of your own data: urgency ratings, stress levels, technique use. You start seeing your nervous system shift on paper before you feel it fully in your body. That evidence is what keeps you going in the week you would otherwise have stopped. It is included because follow-through is not a willpower problem. It is an evidence problem. The tracker solves it.
